We aim to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order, please contact Customer Service at info@trudtox.com
If you change your mind and would like to return your product, we’re happy to refund it as long as:
- Within 60 days from date of purchase.
- The goods must be in an “as new” condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with the accessories and free gifts received with it.
- The products must not have been used.
- All sealed items must not be opened.
You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrived at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchases item(s) to us.
